Many of Bruce's favorite spots can only be reached by car. These are special all-inclusive tours for couples or solo travelers that take you to hideaway restaurants in the middle of nowhere. Food and drink is included! Available all year 'round, rain or shine!
SAGA OPTIONS:
a) Handmade Japanese soba and tempura, a Mitsuse specialty.
b) Sri Lankan prepared by a Japanese family of organic farmers,
c) Natural, organic veggies, baked goods, and meat prepared by a former chicken farmer.
d) Visit an isolated French cafe run by a family that raises its own goats to produce their own cheese!
Days are irregular, as these are truly artisanal specialty shops! Let us know when you've got a few hours free, and we'll go. Includes all transportation, meals, and is guaranteed to be unforgettable!
SASAGURI OPTIONS:
e) Sri Lankan food with a touch of barbecue, made by real Sri Lankan chefs! Available every day for lunch or dinner!
f) A Japanese hamburger steak and dessert paradise high in the mountains with amazing views of the city below. Closed on Fridays.
ITOSHIMA OPTIONS:
g) Beautiful Mexican food served right by a Japanese chef! (Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays)
h) A delicious western brunch with salad and endless freshly-baked goodies & coffee by the beach! This tour leaves at 10am or even earlier if you want, and is offered every morning except on Mondays. Fantastic way to start the day! You may wanna skip going back to town!
i) We head to a seaside Japanese-style steak house serving Angus Beef by car or train, 50 minutes from Fukuoka City. Closed on Mondays.
