Fukuoka City: Sushi Lunch Experience

My favorite, hidden sushi bar on the edge of town

Hello from Bruce!

When I learned that the 2nd generation sushi master on Iki Island had a son (the current 3rd generation sushi master) living and working in my town, Fukuoka City, I had to try his sushi for myself.

Sushi is an art, and one that takes a full lifetime to master. Nobu is now in his 50's; a true artist that we will watch while seated at the counter. It's so beautiful that I have been deeply moved just watching his knife skills in action. It's beyond words. It's delicious. Our meal will be a special set menu. To say that I love it is an understatement. More on that when I see you!

Meet me at 10am by the ticket counter at Tenjin Minami Station. We'll ride from Tenjin via subway and take a short stroll or taxi ride, to the venue. This is the best introduction to sushi on another level. Heavenly!

Private tour lasts roughly 3 hours and includes all transportation and food costs. Price is US $195 per person for a maximum of 3 people. Alcoholic drinks such as sake or beer or soft drinks are included.
